fasting days the stomach can often shrink. So consume the recommended 2,000 calories per day on the 5 non-fasting
days and you can be assured of more success on the 5:2 diet.
Mixing Directions
Add
35g or 2 heaped tablespoons of 5:2 Diet Shake to 200ml of coldwater. Shake well before drinking, and enjoy as a
perfect low 100 calorie snack. You can also replace the water with 200ml of unsweetened almond milk, or the milk of
your choice (just add the additional calories of the milk your choose to your daily tally eg add 32 calories for unsweetened
almond milk). That’s it!
